Obituary for Erma A. Wilson

Erma (nee Allen) Wilson, 101, a long time resident of The Shores at Wesley Manor, Ocean City, NJ, died on January 10, 2018.

Erma was born on January 23, 1916 in Seacrest, NJ. She was a proud veteran, having served in the Womens Army Corps (WAC) during WWII. It was during her service that she met and married her soulmate, David Wilson. Erma and David shared almost 60 years together. They raised and showed Great Danes, West Highland Terriers and Scottish Terriers in dog shows throughout the US. They also established and ran Wildane Kennels in Puerto Rico for many years before returning to New Jersey. They settled into life in Mays Landing, NJ and enjoyed taking many cruises to Europe and the Caribbean.

Erma is survived by four nieces and three nephews.

Graveside services will be held privately as per Erma's wishes.
