Lafferty, Betty S., 81, of Egg Harbor Twp, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2017. Born and raised in Harford County, Maryland, on the family farm, and moved to Egg Harbor Twp, after marrying the late Francis C. Lafferty. Betty worked at the FAA Tech Center for 53 1/2 years, retiring in 2013.

She was predeceased by her husband Francis C. Lafferty; brother, Donald Scarborough; and sister Hazel Henson. Betty is survived by her daughter Sharon Lafferty and Matthew Walker; son, Gene Lafferty and his wife Heidi; grandchildren, Hailey Walker and Melissa Lafferty; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am, on Friday, February 3, 2017, at Laurel Memorial Park, 2301 English Creek Avenue, in Pomona.
