Obituary for Ann Miranda (House)

Miranda, Ann, 59 of Atlantic City, passed away on April 10, 2017 after a brief battle with cancer.

Born in Philadelphia, she relocated to Atlantic City in 1970. Ann opened Resorts International in 1978, working as a waitress at the Camelot Restaurant. She was the best mother and grandmother in the world. She enjoyed long walks and spending every moment with her grandkids.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Miranda; and her step-son, Joey Miranda. She is survived by her daughters, Jamie Lianne Miranda "Pebbles" and Dawn Miranda "Pumpkin"; her grandkids, Christopher Miranda "Pumpkin", Angel Cruz "Honeybuns", and Adriana Miranda-Vitkow "Peanut"; her mother, Ann Ligori; her siblings, Ernie House (Fran), Billy House (Bonni), Mary Jones (Jim), Johnny House (Diane), Roxanne House, and Angie Sciarillo (Adam); her stepson, William Miranda; her step-daughter, Jenifer Miranda; and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed dearly. Gone, but never forgotten. We love you, mom! Love, your babies.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 14th at 11:00am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A viewing will be held from 10:30am until the time of the service. Interment will be held privately.
