Condolence: We extend our condolences to Erin and Amy and extended Nickles family regarding the passing of Fred. Fred is now with the many beloved family members who have gone on before. We can take comfort in the fact, "That to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
Our prayers at this time, is that our Lord's peace and comfort will be extended to each family member.

Condolence: To the Nickles Family.

Ray and I send our deepest sympathy to you on Fred's passing. I was hired as secretary to Lou Della Barca who was Principal of the South Elementary Schools in August of 1977. Our office was right next to Fred's office as he was Principal of the Slaybaugh school at that time. I remember so well the numerous funny stories Fred would tell and always had a smile for you. With his unwavering zest for life, I always thought he would live to be 100, but I guess God knows best! Fred, you and your family are in our prayers. May you rest in peace!

Condolence: Our heartfelt condolences to the Nickles Family. To those of us who worked with Fred he will always be remembered as dedicated and committed educator. We had our "disagreements" when SERVING the students of Egg Harbor Township but one can only recall Fred's desire to do what he felt was best for his constituents--students, parents and fellows educators.

Condolence: I was heartbroken to learn of Fred's passing. He was instrumental in my getting into Slaybaugh Middle as a Comp Ed teacher, then placing me in a homeroom to teach history the following year. Thanks to him, I enjoyed a wonderful career. He was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, and a good principal with whom to work. Same for his time as superintendent. He will be sorely missed.... Our condolences and deepest sympathy go to his family--please savor your many good memories of him. Rest in peace, Fred.
