Mae A. Hermann, 85 of Egg Harbor Township, NJ passed away peacefully on June 20th

Mae was born to the late Harry and Edith Carmen on September 16th, 1931 in Bargaintown, NJ. Mae married Jack Hermann on August 8th, 1949 and they began their life together raising their seven children. Mae loved spending time with her family, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved church, spending time by the water, sitting in the sun with a good book and writing in her journals. She was a loving and caring person who opened her heart to everyone she met. Mae radiated love. “To know her was to love her”.

Mae is predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack R. Hermann; and her sons, Jack (Jay), Gary and Mark.

Survived by her sons, David of Egg Harbor Township, NJ and Paul (Tracey) of East Lake Weir, FL; her daughters, Katherine (Larry) Camp of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, and Terry (Wally) Lausman of East Lake Weir, FL; her 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; and sister Della Hoffman of Fuquay-Variana, NC.

Funeral services will be held to celebrate her beautiful life at Zion United Methodist Church, 652 Zion Rd, Egg Harbor Township, on Saturday, June 24th at 11:00 am. Flowers may be sent to Zion United Methodist Church.
