Condolences

Condolence From: Paul W Kellerman
Condolence: I have many good memories of my Uncle Don. When I was just a wee lad, he came to our house when he was on leave from the Air Force. Ha and my Dad sat and put model airplanes that Santa brought me, and would not let me do anything but watch. Years later I would go hunting and fishing with my Dad and Uncle Don in the fall. We would go to their Uncle and Aunts farm in Pemberton and hunt the fields, and have a huge homemade farm lunch, while being intent on all the stories being told. In spring and summer I would go fishing with them to various fishing spots. My Dad and Uncle Don were very close for all of their lives. When my Dad was a POW in WW2, and only several letters / German Red Cross post cards were sent, he always asked how his little brother was. Uncle Don would visit usually on Saturday afternoons and he and my Dad would joke around constantly. I apologize for not coming to see you, but after watching my Dad get taken down by the same awful disease, I just could not face my fears. So everyone will miss you. But you are now with God, Mom Mom and Pop Pop, my Mom and Dad, Aunt Evelyn and Uncle George, and all who passed before you friends and aquaintances alike. Please tell everyone that we love and miss them. Rest in love and peace.
