Obituary for Sara D. Case

Sara D. Case
Case, Sara (nee Petrini)- 89 of Mays Landing, formerly from Pleasantville where she spent most of her life there, born and raised, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2018 with her children by her side.

Sara worked for many years at Pioneer Laboratories making medical supplies, before retiring to take care of her home and her grandchildren whom she absolutely adored. She was known to be feisty, opinionated, funny, and extremely strong. She adored her husband and her two children, and you could always find her every Tuesday shopping at ShopRite, and if not there, with her sister Bett having coffee watching Days of Our Lives.

Sara is survived by her loving husband, William T. Case, Jr. of 65 years; her son, William A. Case (Pat); her daughter, Pat Merlock (Jack); loving niece and Godchild, Debbie Fast (Skip); grandchildren, Erin Todd (John), BJ Case, Caitlin Berthold (Bryan), Jaci Merlock and Jen Merlock; and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Jennie Petrini; her sister, Betty and brother-in-law Walt Cramer; and her sister-in-law Nellie Case.

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 30th from 10am-11am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am. Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, Pleasantville.

A special thanks to Egg Harbor Care Center for all the love and care given to Sara - from the nurses to the aids - she loved you; and AtlantiCare - from the ER to every floor, from nurses, aids and doctors - thank you.
