Jeffery Allen Umstead (54) Born June 2nd 1956 in Phoenixville Hospital in Pennsylvania to Frank and Russanette E. Umstead. Passed away on May 26th 2011. Survived by his loving wife, Rowena , and children Christina and Jeffery, mother Russanette E. Raymond, Step father Richard Jones Jr, Brothers & sisters: Frank S. Umstead, Marilyn V. Williams, Richard R. Jones, Megan E. Jones, and his aunt whom he'd lived with for several years: Frieda Kramer. He lived in Atlantic County New Jersey, where he'd moved to in 1969. He graduated Ocean City High School in 1974. He loved fishing, boating and crabbing at the shore. His favorite pastime was caring for his children. He was a Born Again Christian. He worked 17 years at the Sands Casino. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 5pm until 8pm and again on Wed. June 1, 2011 from 10am until 11am at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes 1650 New Rd. Northfield, NJ 08225. Cremation will follow at Laurel Memorial Park Crematory.
