Obituary for Charles Mark Faust

Charles Mark Faust
Faust, Charles Mark – 46 of Egg Harbor Township - Chuck left the earthly playing field to become an angel in the outfield of heaven on Thursday, December 4th. He fought into the 9th inning against Lung Cancer, and peacefully left his family's dugout surrounded by his wife and sons.

Chuck leaves behind the love of his life, his wife of 25 years, Trish (nee Steigerwald); and his cherished sons, Mark and Josh. He took such pride in his boys' games, tournaments and educational achievements. The fine young men that they have become is the testament to Chuck’s unwavering support, lessons and love. Anyone who ever met Chuck became his friend.

He also leaves his mother, Ginny Faust and her companion, John Edwards; his sister, Jean Marshall (Peter); his nephew, Bobby Weber; his mother-in-law, Patricia Steigerwald; and his best friend and grandfather, Mark Price. Chuck was greeted in heaven by his father, Charles Warren Faust, Jr.; his maternal grandmother, Marion Willetts Price; and his paternal grandparents, Charles and Margaret Faust.

He was one of the hardest working men you would ever meet. Chuck was a long term employee of Viking Yacht CO. When Chuck wasn’t working, he could be found woodworking, spending time on his house, or watching his beloved Phillies and Jets.

A visitation will be held Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 10 am – 11:30 am, followed by a service at 11:30 am, at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Shore Medical Center’s Cancer Center at: 100 Medical Center Way, Somers Point, NJ 08244.
