Obituary for Patricia C Bardello (Campbell)

Patricia C Bardello (Campbell)
Patricia C Bardello, of Northfield, NJ passed away peacefully on April 10, 2016 in Shore Medical Center Somers Point, NJ. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. on May 23, 1927 and was the daughter of the late Hildegard and Howard Campbell and the wife of the late Robert A. Bardello. Patricia was raised in Ventnor, NJ and was a graduate of Atlantic City High School 1945 and a member of the All State Chorus. She attended Rider College in Trenton, NJ and graduated from Glassboro State Teacher’s College (Rowan University). Patricia taught for many years in St. Augustine’s Grammar School Ocean City, NJ and later substituted in various schools in the Atlantic County School districts.

Patricia was a devout Catholic and sung in many church choirs, was a former member of the Altar and Rosary Society at St Joseph’s Church in Somers Point, NJ and taught CCD at St. Bernadette’s in Northfield. She loved to garden and was a member of the Northfield Garden Club as well as several Senior Citizen Organizations. She was also a member of the mall walkers at the Hamilton Mall.

Patricia and Robert (Bob) raised their family in Northfield and lived on Rosedale Ave. for many years prior to Bob’s death in 1992.
Patricia is survived by her 5 children; Mary Lee Vogler (Robert Widitz), Roberta Wessling (Steven), Sharon Eichman (P.Jay), Janet Gilbert (Peter) and Michael Bardello (Deanna). Grandchildren; Thomas Vogler (Jean), Jennifer Wessling, Timothy Gilbert, Karin Jenkins (Ronald), Lauren Eichman, C. Adam Eichman, Amanda Bardello and Robert Bardello. Great-grandchildren; Anthony Jenkins, Peter Jenkins, Abagail Jenkins and Avery V. Vogler

A visitation will be held at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home 1650 new Road Northfield , NJ 08225 Wednesday April 13, 2016 Morning from 9 AM until 10:00 AM. A mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:30 AM at the St. Gianna Beretta Molla Parish 1421 New Road Northfield, NJ 08225. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery Mays Landing, NJ.
