Agnes "Pete" Kisby (nee Kelly) 86 of Linwood passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the Meadowview Nursing Home. Agnes was born in 1931 in Egg Harbor Township and was a long-time resident of Linwood. She was a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Linwood for over 60 years where she was also a member of the Women's Society. Agnes was a cafeteria worker in local school districts including Ocean City, Northfield, and Linwood for twenty-five years. She loved to cook whether it was for her own children at home or for the kids that she served at the schools for so many years.
Agnes is predeceased by her husband, Fred Kisby, Jr. of 55 years, her parents: Bernard Kelly & Mary Kelly, her granddaughter, Jennifer, her siblings: Donald Kelly, Jack Kelly, and Anna Kelly.
She is survived by her children; Sandra Hawthorne, Karen Zimmerman (Tom), Mary Kisby, Darlene Klinger, and Fred Kisby III (Maria), 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 10am til 11am at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield, NJ . A Funeral Service will follow at 11am. Burial will be held at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Agnes's memory to the Central United Methodist Church, 5 Marvin Avenue, Linwood, NJ 08221.
